**X-SYNERGY｜Institutional Referral Program** 
 **Who It’s For** : Active API users and Market Makers on Gate 
 **Referral Requirements** : New institutions (not previously registered on Gate) who are introduced via an account manager with dedicated 1-on-1 onboarding

**Reward Structure:**
1. **Upon Onboarding** If the referred institution meets the onboarding conditions of X-ACCESS , they will receive the same incentives (VIP 12 or fee rebate voucher).
2. **Upon Activation** If the referred institution completes ≥ $50 million in trading volume within 30 days (API volume ≥ 60% of total volume):
* Referrer receives: VIP+2 (60 days) + 2,000 USDT Futures Voucher
