Gate Rewards Hub Is Getting an Upgrade: Credits Auto-Multiplied, New Rewards Await!

To continuously improve user experience and offer richer, more convenient benefits and incentives, the Gate Rewards Hub will undergo a major upgrade on July 10, 2025 . This update aims to provide better experiences and enhanced privileges for all users. The details are as follows:

**1. Revamped Interface, Enhanced Experience**

The Rewards Hub will be fully refreshed with a more streamlined, intuitive, and user-friendly interface, making it easier and more enjoyable to browse tasks, check your credits , and redeem items.

**2. Adjustment to Historical Credit Balances**

Following the upgrade, all historical credit balances in your Rewards Hub account will be multiplied by 10x . 
 (For example: 100 existing credits will become 1,000 credits .)

**3. Updated Credit Rules for Tasks and Redemptions**

Alongside the full-scale upgrade, the number of new credits users can earn by completing tasks (such as daily check-ins and other missions), as well as the credits required to redeem items, will be adjusted accordingly. 
 Please refer to the updated Rewards Hub page after the upgrade for the new credit earning and spending standards.

**4. Expanded Gate Shop with Exciting Rewards**

The Gate Shop will also receive a major update, introducing a wider variety of popular and high-demand items for redemption. Your credits will now unlock more diverse and higher-value reward options.

**Upgrade Date: July 10, 2025 (Please follow platform announcements for the exact time). **

During the Upgrade: To ensure a smooth transition, the Rewards Hub may experience brief service interruptions during the upgrade period. Thank you for your understanding.

Historical Credit Adjustment Effective Time: Your multiplied credits will take effect automatically once the upgrade is complete — no action is needed on your part.

New Rules & Rewards Launch: The new credit rules (for earning and spending) and updated reward pool will go live simultaneously after the upgrade.

**Friendly Reminders**

1. After the historical credit multiplier is applied, your total credit balance will increase. Redemption requirements will also be adjusted under the new system.
2. This historical credit adjustment is a one-time operation and only applies to credits that exist in your account before the upgrade.
3. All task earnings and item redemptions after the upgrade will be strictly governed by the new credit rules.
