During the event, new and existing users can participate in Simple Earn's USDT, BTC, or ETH 7-day fixed-term investment and reach the specified net subscription amount to earn the corresponding bonus APR.

**Benefit 2: Share the $5,000 prize pool and enter for a chance to win VIP7 privileges.**
You can unlock the corresponding prize pool and enter a lucky draw based on all participants' total net investment amount during the event:

• Prize Pool: New and existing users will share the prize pool based on their net investment amounts relative to the total.
• Lucky Draw: First-time users will receive one draw entry for every $1,000 in net investment, while existing users get one entry for every $2,000. The more you invest, the higher your chances of winning. Each user can win only once.

**Rewards Calculation**
• If you are a first-time participant and your net investment in a 7-day fixed-term product during the event is $200,000, you will earn a 4% bonus APR under Benefit 1. The corresponding reward will be: **200,000 × 4% ÷ 365 × 7 ≈ 153.42 USDT** equivalent.
• If the total net investment in 7-day fixed-term products of all participants reaches $50,000,000, you'll unlock a $5,000 prize pool, and your share from Benefit 2 will be: **200,000 ÷ 50,000,000 × 5,000 = 20 USDT equivalent**, plus a chance to win 30-day VIP7 privileges.

**Rules**
1. Net investment during the event = Total subscription - Total redemption.
2. All 7-day products maturing during the event will be considered as redemptions.
3. The net investment amount for BTC and ETH 7-day products will be converted to USDT based on the price at the time of reward distribution, for the purpose of calculating net subscription amount.
4. For Benefit 1, the first 50 USDT of the interest earned will be issued in equivalent GT, while any excess will be given as vouchers, valid for 14 days. The maximum reward per user is 100 USDT equivalent.
5. For Benefit 2, investment rewards for new and existing users will be issued in equivalent GT.

**Notes**
1. This event is only open to users who have completed identity verification.
2. Rewards will be issued within 10 business days after the event ends. Early redemptions will not count towards event earnings, and you can check details in "Assets - Transaction History."
3. To ensure fairness and protect all participants' interests, any cheating during the event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
