**Competition Rules & Guidelines**
1. **Eligibility:** Existing users (registered before April 15, 2025, 00:00 UTC) must meet at least one of the following criteria to participate: total assets in their Gate account of no less than $100, or A cumulative trading volume of no less than $500 in the past six months. New Users (registered during the competition period): Can participate by completing a deposit of any amount.
2. **Participation Format:** Each user can choose to join either the Team Competition or the Individual Competition, participation in both is not allowed. Before the competition officially starts, users can switch their participation mode. Once the competition begins, no further changes are allowed.
3. **Eligible Trading Pairs:** All USDT-margined spot trading pairs and USDT-margined perpetual futures pairs available on Gate.

**Competition Rewards**
**Team Competition & Individual Competition Prize Pool: $5,000,000 USDT and a 2025 Mustang® GT Fastback sports car**
During the event, the prize pool will  increase based on the total number of participants — the more users join, the higher the prize pool. Team Competition will receive 80% of the total prize pool and Individual Competition will receive 20%. The final prize distribution will be based on the number of users with valid trading activity.

**TOP 1 Grand Prize:** The team with the highest total trading volume across both halves of the Team Battle during the competition will be eligible to win a 2025 Mustang® GT Fastback.

**Event 1: Lucky Bags Rain – 100% Win Rate**
During the event, users can enter the event page at any time to participate in the lucky bags rain and have a chance to win one of three types of lucky bags: Ordinary Lucky Bags, Scheduled Lucky Bags, and Super Lucky Bags — with a guaranteed 100% win rate.

**Ordinary Lucky Bags:** Available at all times except for the top of the hour.
**Scheduled Lucky Bags:** Available every hour on the hour during the event. Rewards are boosted, and the bonus is open for just 1 minute.
**Super Lucky Bags:** Automatically triggered when a user reaches a multiple of 10 in total bonus claims. Expect double the excitement!

**Event 2: Team Competition — Share Up to $4,000,000 USDT and Win a GT Sports Car**
During the event, teams participating in the Team Competition will compete fiercely across two stages (each lasting two weeks — the first half and the second half), based on total team trading volume and overall team return. In each stage, the Top 20 teams will be ranked and rewarded. A single team can compete in both stages. Rankings and performance data will reset at the end of each stage. Detailed reward rules are as follows:

**Team Reward Distribution Method:**
Based on each team’s return ranking and trading volume ranking in each stage, teams will receive a corresponding share of the prize pool. Rewards will then be distributed within the team according to the following rules:

**Event 3: Individual Competition — Share Up to $1,000,000 USDT**
During the competition, users with a cumulative trading volume of at least $50,000 will be ranked based on their total trading volume. The top performers will share a prize pool of up to $1,000,000 USDT — the higher the rank, the greater the reward.

**Notice:**
1. All participants must visit the event page and register by selecting either the team competition or individual competition. To claim the reward, identity verification must be completed before the event ends.
2. Total trading volume = spot trading volume + futures trading volume * 40%. Return = spot return + futures return. Trading volume and return in Copy Trading will not be counted in the statistics.
3. During the team competition, spot return (each half) = spot account assets at the end of each half - spot account assets at the beginning of each half + transfers out during the competition - transfers in during the competition. Futures return (each half) = [USDT-M Perp at the end of each half (realized PNL + unrealized PNL)] - [USDT-M Perp at the beginning of each half (realized PNL + unrealized PNL)]
4. During the team competition, the team returns (each half) = the sum of all returns (positive ones only) within the team in each half. Members with returns less than $0 or cumulative trading volume less than $10,000 in the half will be excluded from the ranking within the team. Team trading volume (each half) = the sum of trading volume within the team (each half). Members with cumulative trading volume less than $10,000 in the half will be excluded from the ranking within the team.Participants in the team competition must achieve a minimum total trading volume of $50,000 in each half to be eligible for the corresponding half-round rewards.
5. The team with the highest total trading volume will receive a 2025 Mustang® GT Fastback. The team leader is responsible for purchasing the vehicle and providing the purchase invoice, and Gate will reimburse the cost, with the total reimbursement amount not exceeding $50,000. The team's total trading volume must not be less than $1,000,000,000. The ownership and distribution of the vehicle shall be decided through mutual agreement among team members.
6. The total maximum reward for both the team and individual competitions in this event is $5,000,000 USDT. The prize pool will be unlocked dynamically, and the final total prize amount will be determined based on the number of eligible participants at the end of the event (an eligible participant is defined as a user who reaches a total trading volume of at least $10,000 during the event). For the team competition, participants must achieve a total trading volume of no less than $50,000 during the official competition period to be eligible for rewards. Additionally, to qualify for a share of the team profit rewards, the participating team must reach a total trading volume of no less than $5,000,000 in each half round. For the individual competition, participants must also meet a total trading volume of no less than $50,000 during the official competition period to be eligible for rewards.
7. Team and individual competition rewards will be distributed to users' accounts within 14 working days after the event ends. Voucher rewards can be checked or used in "Vouchers". Please activate and use the vouchers within its validity period, as expired vouchers become invalid. Token rewards can be checked in "Transaction History".
8. In the Lucky Bag Rains event, after receiving a Futures Vouchers or Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers, users must register for the competition and complete the corresponding trading volume task before the event ends in order to successfully unlock the reward. Once unlocked, the reward will be distributed to the user's account within 48 hours and must be manually activated for use. The total prize pool for the Futures Vouchers available for first-time claim is $100,000, and the total reward amount for the Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers is $50,000. Rewards will be distributed based on the order in which users complete the tasks. Only the first 100 eligible users each day will be able to claim the rewards — first come, first served. For shards rewards in the Lucky Bag Rains event, users must collect a full set to redeem. WCTC-exclusive shards will share a $10,000 <a href="https://www.gate.io/help/futures/bonusvoucher/33427" target="_blank">Futures Vouchers</a> reward based on the proportion of shards held. If the reward amount allocated to a user is less than $1, it will not be distributed.
9. During the competition period, all rewards will have the following validity periods: <a href="https://www.gate.io/help/guide/reward_center/38086/trading-fee-rebate-voucher-introduction" target="_blank">Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers</a> (valid for 30 days with a 20% rebate rate), <a href="https://www.gate.io/help/futures/bonusvoucher/33427" target="_blank">Futures Vouchers</a> (valid for 5 days), <a href="https://www.gate.io/help/guide/reward_center/28832" target="_blank">Gate Points</a> (valid for 30 days).
10. Rewards will be "airdropped" via the <a href="https://www.gate.io/shop" target="_blank">Gate Shop</a> . Users must claim them within the validity period, or they will forfeit the rewards. Once an order is placed, product and shipping details cannot be changed, so ensure all information is correct before submission (If clothing sizes are involved, please carefully confirm the information. You can consult customer service for details. Once shipped, exchanges and returns are not supported.) Incorrect info, refusal, return, or unreachable users will result in forfeiture. Rewards will be sent within 60 days after submitting shipping details. If delivery fails due to logistics, the equivalent <a href="https://www.gate.io/help/guide/reward_center/28832" target="_blank">Gate Points</a> (valid for 30 days) will be issued. If the above merchandise is out of stock, it will be replaced with other merchandise of equal value.
11. API users are not eligible to participate in this event.
12. If the user participates in other activities on Gate simultaneously, they will only receive the reward from one activity.
13. The use of duplicate accounts and any other cheating behaviors, such as inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, self-trading, order matching, etc, are strictly prohibited. One user with Sub-Accounts and a Master Account, and multiple accounts with the same identity information, will be deemed as the same one user, while the trading volume of Sub-accounts won’t be counted as that of Master Account. And sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in the event.
14. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
15. Gate reserves all rights to the final explanation.
16. This event is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
