According to the official announcement from Alaya (ALAYA), the Alaya project will swap ALAYA tokens for PlatON (LAT) at a 1:5 ratio. During this process, <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank">Gate.io</a> has actively collaborated with the project team to handle the token swap. However, after multiple discussions, the project team has informed Gate.io that they will no longer provide the swap services for Gate.io users. We apologize for not being able to provide a streamlined token swap service for all users. Users will now need to swap your tokens through the official channels provided by the project team. <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank">Gate.io</a> will soon enable withdrawals and continue to offer withdrawal services for one month. We strongly encourage users to withdraw your ALAYA tokens to your personal wallets as soon as possible.

**To assist you with the swap, we have outlined the following Alaya ATP registration and swap application process. Please read carefully and follow the steps below**:

1.Visit the <a href="https://registration.alaya.network/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">registration portal</a> provided by the project team: Register an account on the portal designated by the project team using your preferred email address, and bind your Alaya address. (Note: This should be a non-exchange address. Please transfer your Alaya tokens from exchanges to your personal wallets in advance).
2.Submit a swap application via email: 
Send an email to the following address using the email address registered in step 1:support@alaya.network 
Email subject: Alaya Holder Reward Application

**The email content must include the following information**:

The token you are holding (Alaya); The Alaya address you have bound (must match the address registered on the portal); The LAT receiving address (This is the PlatON wallet address where you wish to receive the LAT tokens.

Please note that Gate.io will no longer support the deposit and trading of ALAYA. ALAYA holders must complete the token swap on your own. We strongly recommend withdrawing your ALAYA tokens as soon as possible and completing the swap before the official deadline to avoid any potential loss.
