Due to the suspension of project services on the HT chain and Basis Gold Share's (BAGS) reliance solely on the HT chain for deposits and withdrawals, <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank">Gate.io</a> will delist the BAGS trading market to protect user assets and enhance the trading experience. This delisting includes the BAGS_USDT spot trading pair and quantitative grid trading. Please be aware that we are currently unable to establish contact with the project team. To provide users with more options and safeguards, <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank">Gate.io</a> will initiate a platform-subsidized buyback program. The details are as follows:

**Gate.io Actions**:

1) Gate.io has suspended the deposit and withdrawal services for Basis Gold Share (BAGS).
2) Gate.io will suspend the trading services for Basis Gold Share (BAGS), including the BAGS_USDT spot trading pair and quantitative grid trading, starting at 06:00 on January 31, 2025 (UTC).
3) Users with ongoing quant grid trading for Basis Gold Share (BAGS) should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before 06:00 on January 31, 2025 (UTC).
4) Users unwilling to participate in our buyback after the delisting may choose to retain your assets and wait for further decisions if the project team resumes operations.
5) From 06:00 on January 31, 2025 (UTC) to 16:00 on February 6, 2025 (UTC), BAGS holders can submit a form to apply for our buyback. <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank">Gate.io</a> will repurchase BAGS at a price of 0.05215 USDT, with a maximum buyback limit of 100 USDT per user.

To participate in the buyback, users must submit the following form between January 31, 2025, at 06:00 (UTC) and February 6, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC).
