<a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank" >Gate.io</a> has conducted a thorough reevaluation of SolRazr (SOLR) and determined that it no longer meets our platform’s trading criteria. As a result, <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank" >Gate.io</a> will delist it from our trading market, including SOLR\_USDT spot trading pair and quant grid trading. However, withdrawal services for this token will continue to be provided for one month.

**Details:**
1) Gate.io has suspended the deposit services for SolRazr (SOLR).
2) Gate.io will suspend the trading services for SolRazr (SOLR), including the SOLR\_USDT spot trading pair and quant grid trading, starting at 08:00 UTC on January 30, 2025.
3) Users with ongoing quant grid trading for SolRazr (SOLR) should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before 08:00 UTC on January 30, 2025.
4) Users unwilling to participate in our buyback after the delisting are advised to withdraw your SolRazr (SOLR) holdings as soon as possible to avoid potential losses.
5) Users holding SolRazr (SOLR) on Gate.io after February 12, 2025 can apply for our buyback by submitting a form. <a href="https://www.gate.io/" target="_blank" >Gate.io</a> will buy back SolRazr (SOLR) at a price of 0.00336 USDT, with a maximum buyback limit of 100 USDT per user.

To participate in the buyback, users must submit the following form between February 12, 2025, 16:00 UTC and February 19, 2025, 16:00 UTC.
