**Event Time: November 20, 2024, 02:00 - November 26, 2024, 02:00 (UTC)**

**📝How to Participate:**
1.Invite a **new viewer** to team up (up to 2 members). Only one team member needs to enter the teammate's UID to sign up.

2.After signing up, watch the live stream for **more than 3 days, no less than 10 minutes a day** during the event period to qualify for the prize draw.

3.**100 lucky teams will each receive $20**, split equally between team members, with a total prize pool of $2,000.

**🎁VIP+1 for New Live Viewers**
Among the 100 winning teams, 20 new live viewers will be randomly selected to receive VIP+1 (7 days) as an additional reward.

New viewers must watch the live stream for at least 1 day (no less than 10 minutes) during the event period.

**Notice:**
1.New Viewers: Users who watch the live stream for the first time in the past 90 days and complete identity verification during the activity period.
2.The total prize pool is valued at **$2,000**. Rewards will be distributed in random tokens. The "VIP+1（7 days)"  is up to VIP 5, If the current level is VIP 5, the reward will be replaced by $20 points (VIP users can participate in unlimited [Startup subscriptions](http://www.gate.io/help/guide/faq/25687/startup-faq "Startup subscriptions") and claim millions in token airdrop rewards). 
3.Complete identity verification before the event ends is required to claim rewards above. The rewards will be distributed within 14 working days. The winner list will be announced on [GateLive Official Post Account](http://www.gate.io/profile/GateLive "GateLive Official Post Account") and [GateLive X(Twitter) Account](http://x.com/GateioLive "GateLive X(Twitter) Account").
4.One user with Sub-Accounts and a Master Account, and multiple accounts with the same identity information, will be deemed as the same one participant. Any cheating behavior is forbidden, otherwise the qualification will be removed.
5.Market makers, corporation and institution accounts are not eligible to participate in this event.
6.Users can only receive rewards from one event if participating in other events at the same time.
7.Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
