Over our 11 years of operation, Gate.io has always prioritized the protection of our users. We are dedicated to providing a fair, transparent, and secure trading environment. In this process, we rigorously implement strict market surveillance policies and have a zero-tolerance stance against any market violations. Recently, our risk control team detected abnormal trading activities by the NADA team across multiple markets (including NADA market). After thorough data analysis and investigation, we obtained conclusive evidence that the NADA team is suspected of manipulating multiple markets, which has severely compromised market fairness. Gate.io promptly implemented effective risk control measures on the relevant accounts. However, instead of cooperating with the investigation and correcting their misconduct, the NADA team made baseless accusations against our platform and attempted to pressure us by spreading false information through the media. We solemnly declare that these allegations are unfounded and are merely attempts to cover up their own improper conduct.

The Gate.io risk control team consistently adheres to its duties, thoroughly and objectively assesses all abnormal trading activities, maintains neutrality and impartiality. Our goal is to uphold the healthy development of the industry and to protect users from the impact of market manipulation activities or any illicit, improper, fake, unfair or unethical transactions or trading activities.

We strongly condemn the false statements by the NADA team and demand that they immediately cease their defamatory fabrications. Gate.io reserves the right to take legal actions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform and its users. We will continue to monitor the development of this incident and take all necessary measures to ensure market fairness and transparency.
