**Participation Conditions:** Only Gate Web3 wallet holders can subscribe. A Gate Web3 wallet EVM chain asset balance of ≥ 1 USD (for subscribing to NFT projects, the balance needs to be ≥ 1 U; for Token projects, the balance needs to be ≥100 U) or equivalent assets are required for participation; the higher the wallet asset balance, the higher the subscription quota.

**Purchase Limit: **Users can only claim once; the higher the Gate Web3 wallet EVM chain fund amount, the more subscription shares, and the higher the probability of winning the lottery.
Sufficient Funds: Please ensure enough funds are in your Gate Web3 wallet, at least equal to the subscription amount. Any shortfall in funds will lead to automatic exclusion from orders.

**Results Announcement: **Once the subscription period concludes, the system will evaluate all eligible orders and allocate them according to the claim ratio or probability. The greater the funds in the wallet, the higher the chances of being selected. Airdropped tokens/NFTs will be sent directly to the wallet addresses of the participating users.

**1. How to Qualify for Participation in Gate Web3 Startup Events?**

Participants should use the wallet address created in the Gate Web3 wallet. The EVM chain asset balance of the Gate Web3 wallet should be valued at ≥1 USD (for subscribing to NFT projects, the balance needs to be ≥ 1 U; for Token projects, the balance needs to be ≥100 U) or equivalent. The more the wallet asset balance, the more available subscription shares.

**2. Are there any fees associated with subscribing to Gate Web3 Startup projects?**

Participants are not required to pay any fees to join the airdrop Startup. Airdropped funds will be converted to USDT, settled at the average price during the first hour of opening, and then deposited into the contract account. Participants can independently trade or withdraw; transactions deemed abnormal will be automatically excluded by the system.

**3. How many airdrops can one receive from a single subscription project?**

The quantity of tokens received is calculated as (User subscription shares ÷ Total subscription shares) x Total Supply of the Startup. When a lottery system is employed, a user can receive a maximum of one airdrop.

**4. Does Gate Web3 Startup operate on a “first-come, first-served” basis?**

No, allocations are determined by the number of participants and subscription ratios once the subscription period concludes. If a lottery system exists, the participants will randomly select specified airdrop shares.

**5. How often can one participate in Gate Web3 Startup?**

Each Gate Web3 wallet account is eligible to participate once in each Web3 Startup project, but users may engage in other ongoing Web3 Startup initiatives.

**6. How does one receive an airdrop from Gate Web3 Startup?**

Airdrop funds will be converted to USDT and settled at the average price during the first hour of opening before being deposited into the contract account. Eligible participants can trade or withdraw independently; any abnormal transaction will be automatically excluded. If a lottery system is used, the airdropped tokens/NFTs will be directly dispatched to the user's participating wallet address.
