**For example: **
User A of VIP0 borrowed 10 BTC at 2023-08-18 09:10 (UTC), and completed repayment at 10:15 (UTC) on the same day. Since the interest is calculated on the hour after you successfully borrow funds, user A needs to pay the interest for 1 hour.

Assuming that the hourly interest rate of Lend&Earn’s BTC lending is 0.001%, the hourly Interest rate and interest of user A are calculated as follows:
