To facilitate the verification of balances of BRC20 addresses and the validity of transfers, and to prevent any unintended errors, please use the following BRC20 blockchain explorer to query addresses or TxID:

If you are using a DeFi wallet to manage your BRC20 funds, it is recommended to check the wallet address on the above block explorer before depositing funds. Ensure that the displayed balance of the address matches that in your wallet. If there is any discrepancy, you might be encountering a double-spending issue. BRC20 deposits from such wallets to Gate.io might be considered invalid, but the transferred amount will not be lost as we will arrange refunds for affected users. For transactions that are not accepted for deposit by Gate.io, users can also check the transaction status by querying the TxID on the above explorer.
