According to the ClinTex CTi (CTI) team, ClinTex CTi (CTI) upgraded the token contract in order to become a cross-chain token. Gate.io has completed the token migration and token swap for users. The new CTI token deposits and withdrawals will be available shortly.
Please note, Gate.io supports the new CTI token withdrawals and deposits only onwards. If you mistakenly deposit old CTI tokens, please submit a retrieval application on the CTI deposit page to get your tokens back.
