#### **Event period: December 4, 2025, 10:00 (UTC) – December 25, 2025, 10:00 (UTC)**

### **Event 1 : New User Welcome Pack with a Total of 10,000 USDT in Rewards**

During the event, new users on Gate Perp DEX who complete their first perpetual futures trade of ≥ 100 USDT (Open Position + Close Position) will receive **a 5 USDT airdrop** ; a total of 2,000 rewards available, first come, first served.

### **Event 2 : Lucky Trading Rewards with a Total of 8,000 USDT**

During the event, complete at least one valid perpetual futures trade of ≥ 100 USDT daily (no matter if your trade ends in profit or loss) to automatically qualify for the prize draw. Each day, the platform will randomly select **100 lucky users to receive 3 USDT each** . Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

### **Event 3 : Two-Way Referral Rewards with a Total of 12,000 USDT**

During the event, users can generate a unique referral link through the event page. Once an invited user signs up via the link and completes their first trade of ≥ 100 USDT, the referral is considered successful. Both the referrer and the invited user will receive **a 5 USDT reward** .

### **Event Rules:**

1. Participants must click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register for the event and complete identity verification to receive rewards.
2. To ensure fairness, the number of wallets linked to a single IP is strictly monitored. Any abnormal multiple-account activity will be considered a violation, and result in disqualification.
3. All airdrop rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.
4. Net Futures Trading Volume = Open Position Volume + Close Position Volume
5. USDT airdrops from different event tasks can be combined.
6. In the trading event, if none of the participants meet the minimum individual futures trading volume requirement, the corresponding airdrop rewards will not be distributed. Those who meet the minimum trading volume requirement will be ranked based on the order they reach the criteria, and they will receive the reward spots in sequence.
7. Final rewards will be distributed based on the verified list of eligible winners.
8. "New users" under the same identity verification are not allowed to create multiple wallet accounts to join the event. Existing wallet accounts that are canceled and then signed up again will also not be regarded as "new users".
9. Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is deemed to be involved in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive conduct, including but not limited to wash trading, improper order matching, bulk account registration, or any other dishonest behavior. Engaging in any suspicious activities, such as fraud, self-trading, wash trading, coordinated trading, market manipulation, or any other type of illegal trading, will result in disqualification from the event and forfeiture of airdrop eligibility.
10. Users participating in multiple activities during the same period will receive only the highest-value airdrop. The platform reserves the right to the final interpretation of these terms.
11. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
