Gate.io Will Not Support Libre DeFi (LIBRE) Swap for LIBRE Holders

Since the exploit to the Libre DeFi (LIBRE) in May, Gate.io has suspended LIBRE deposits, withdrawals and trading on the request of the LIBRE team in an effort to protect users from further negative impact. When the LIBRE team decided to relaunch a new token to replace the old one, we have been communicating with the LIBRE team for the best possible solution to swap tokens for Gate.io users. As part of our effort to provide the best possible services for users, Gate.io always tries to make the token swap process as simple and easy for users. However, the Libre DeFi (LIBRE) team insists that they should swap tokens for each and every affected user themselves. We regret to notify all affected Gate.io users that we couldn’t swap tokens for you this time. If you are affected during this LIBRE exploit incident, please contact the Libre team as soon as possible (deadline is July 29).
For users with LIBRE pre-exploit, please email to admin@libredefi.io;
According to the LIBRE team, the following information is required:
1.)Screenshots of balance and transaction records,
(Please note, don’t upload files as attachments, just insert screenshots directly into the email body.)
2.) Quantity of tokens
3. )Your ERC20 wallet address to receive the new token (please note, the wallet address should be one that you have private key to as you may use it later to claim new tokens)
For users with LIBRE post-exploit, please submit a request via https://forms.gle/eQYLRqhJHNQYZ4w78
As the deadline of request is July 29, 2022, we highly recommend that you submit the request via email or the form as soon as possible. Should you have any trouble in communicating with the LIBRE team, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
