Gate is launching Phase 8 of Exclusive Referral Week. During the event, invite one friend to sign up and trade to earn 5 USDT in cash. When your referral reaches the required cumulative futures trading volume, both you and your friend will receive a bonus reward.

#### **Event Period: January 13, 2026, 08:00 – January 20, 2026, 08:00 (UTC)**

#### **Activity 1: Earn 5 USDT Cash for Each Friend You Invite**
During the event, invitees who sign up and complete any one of the following tasks will be deemed successful referrals. Referrers can earn 5 USDT cash for each successful referral. Total prize pool: 30,000 USDT. First come, first served.

* Spot trading volume ≥ 500 USDT
* Futures trading volume ≥ 2,000 USDT

#### **Activity 2: Referral Futures Volume Bonus**
During the event, if a referred friend reaches a cumulative futures trading volume of 20,000 USDT, the inviter gets an extra 5 USDT cash and the friend also gets 5 USDT cash. Total prize pool: 20,000 USDT. First come, first served.

1. To claim rewards, participants need to click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register for the event and complete identity verification.
2. It is recommended to click the [Complete Now] button on this event page to finish the referral task, making it easier to track task completion in real time.
3. Trading Volume = Buy Volume + Sell Volume
4. USDT rewards for this event will be issued as token vouchers and credited to your Vouchers within 14 working days after the event ends. The token vouchers must be activated after receipt. Combined rewards from Activities 1 and 2 are capped at 300 USDT per user.
5. There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite per account, and referral commissions last for one year.
6. To be eligible for rewards, invitees must sign up using the referrer's exclusive referral code.
7. Any fraudulent actions, including bulk account registration, malicious trading, self-trading, and coordinated trading, are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts with the same identity information will be considered as the same account. Subaccounts are not eligible to participate in the event.
8. Market makers, enterprises, institutions, and affiliate accounts are not eligible for this event.
9. Invitations where the referrer and the invitee share the same account IP address will be considered invalid. Any user found creating multiple accounts to invite themselves will be disqualified, and all related rewards will be revoked.
10. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
