Gate.io is planning to swap tradable small spot balances less than 0.001 USDT in value for USDT for all users. With the swap, your small balances in the spot account will be converted to USDT so that you don’t have to bother managing a list of small balances. Small Balances to Swap:
Tradable small balance less than 0.001 USDT in value (amount less than 1 million in the unit of the coin)in spot account
If the balance of certain coin is 1 million or above in the unit of the coin, such small balance will not be swapped.
Exception in swap: Account with All Small Balances Less than 0.001 USDT in Value
If in calculation, the converted value for an account is less than 0.001 USDT, all relevant small balances will be wiped out, without swapping them to USDT, as the assets are less than the processing cost.
