#### **Event 1: Complete Referral Tasks—Both Sides Earn Up to 1,000 USDT in Thanksgiving Rewards**
During the event, if your invited friend signs up and completes spot trading ≥ 100 USDT (any token) or futures trading ≥ 500 USDT, the referral is considered successful. For each successful referral, the referrer earns 20 USDT, and the new user earns a 10 USDT welcome gift. The more you invite, the more you earn—up to 1,000 USDT per user.

#### **Event 2: Reach Referral Milestones to Earn Extra Bonus Gifts**
During the event, referrers who reach specific numbers of valid referrals can claim an additional Thanksgiving Gift Package. Each user can only claim this once and only for the highest tier achieved.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite per account, and referral commissions last for one year.
5. Rewards in this event are additional bonuses on top of the three basic referral rewards.
6. Rewards will be distributed as position vouchers within 14 working days after the event ends.
7. To be eligible for rewards, the referee must sign up using the referrer's exclusive referral code.
8. Any fraudulent actions, including bulk account registration, malicious trading, self-trading, and coordinated trading, are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts with the same identity information will be considered as the same account. Subaccounts are not eligible to participate in the event.
9. Market makers, enterprises, institutions, and affiliate accounts are not eligible for this event.
10. If a user participates in multiple referral events held at the same time, rewards cannot be claimed multiple times—only one event reward can be received.
11. If the referrer and referee share the same IP address, the referral will be invalid. Any user found creating multiple accounts to invite themselves will be disqualified, and all related rewards will be revoked.
12. In case of any discrepancies between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
