**Terms and Conditions**
1. Please note that this service is not open to users in the UK and other Restricted Locations in accordance with our <a href="https://web03.gatedata.org/user-agreement" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">User Agreement</a> . Users who fail to meet this condition will be disqualified from receiving the prize.
2. Users who are found to conduct any improper, dishonest, or abusive activities during the event (such as money laundering, fabricated trading volumes, participation with multiple accounts, market manipulation, etc.) will be temporarily suspended from the lottery services. However, users can still trade to accumulate volume during the lottery suspension and wait to use their lucky draw tickets until the function is restored.
3. A participant will be disqualified to receive the rewards if he/she is found to engage in any inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive behaviors (such as money laundering, faked trading volume, using multiple accounts to particiate, market manipulation, etc.) during the campaign period.
4. For traders who pass the audit and are confirmed to be free of any improper, dishonest, or abusive activities, rewards will be issued to their account within 14 working days after the end of the event. Users can either withdraw the bonus or use them to trade.(New user airdrop rewards will be distributed in real-time; VIP+1 rewards will be distributed at 0:00 UTC+8 the next day.)
5. If tangible prizes cannot be delivered to eligible winners due to logistical issues, Gate reserves the right to exchange the gift for equivalent USDT to reward the participants.
6. The VIP+1 reward for the following users will not level up but will only extend their VIP validity:(1) P2P Merchant Equity VIP users. (2) Users with VIP rewards from other platform activities.
