Announcement on Share Consolidation for 8 ETF Leveraged Tokens

To enhance the trading experience and optimize price precision, Gate.io will carry out a share consolidation (reverse split) for eight ETF leveraged tokens starting from **06:00 AM on May 16, 2025 (UTC)** . The affected tokens are **DOGE5S, ETH5S, PEOPLE3S, ACH3S, AXS5S, UNI5S, BSV5S, and AAVE3S** .

**Share Consolidation Process:**

1. **Trading Suspension and Order Cancellation:** Trading of the affected tokens will be suspended, and all pending orders will be automatically canceled.
2. **Balance Snapshot:** A snapshot of user holdings for the tokens to be consolidated will be taken in sequence.
3. **1000:1 Consolidation Ratio:** The share consolidation will be conducted at a ratio of 1000:1. Users' token holdings will be reduced to 1/1000 of the original amount, while the net asset value (NAV) per unit will increase by 1000 times. The total value of users’ holdings will remain unchanged (excluding NAV changes due to price fluctuations during the operation).
4. **Completion and Resumption:** Upon completion of the consolidation, trading will be resumed accordingly.

**Consolidation Schedule:**

If the consolidation is completed ahead of schedule, trading services for the corresponding tokens will resume earlier. Please stay updated by monitoring market.

**Important Notes**

1. After the merge, **market prices will be significantly adjusted** based on the new unit NAV. Please pay close attention to price changes when placing orders.
2. K-line (candlestick) data will be adjusted accordingly. Gate.io provides adjusted K-line data to optimize the user experience.
3. **API users** should be aware that this adjustment may affect order placement. Please update your parameters accordingly to ensure smooth trading.
