Gate.io will Adjust the Funding Interval and Capped Funding Rates for LAYER and LOOM Perpetual Contracts

To provide better user experience and mitigate risks to users on the current market conditions, Gate.io will adjust the funding interval and capped funding rate for LAYERUSDT and LOOMUSDT perpetual contracts, starting 08:00 (UTC), May 7, 2025.
The adjustment details:
LAYERUSDT Perpetual:
Funding interval will be adjusted to every 1 hour;
Capped funding rate will remain unchanged.
LOOMUSDT Perpetual:
Funding interval will be adjusted to every 2 hours;
Capped funding rate will remain unchanged.

|-------------|------------------------|--------------------------|
| _LAYERUSDT_ | Every 1 hour           | ±2%, remain unchanged                 |
| _LOOMUSDT_  | Every 2 hours           | ±1.5%, remain unchanged            |

The adjustment to the above perpetual contracts will come into effect at 08:00 (UTC) May 7, 2025. If you are trading the above perpetuals, please adjust your trading strategy beforehand.
