Gate.io will Adjust the Funding Interval and Capped Funding Rates for METIS, YGG and WAXP Perpetual Contracts

To provide better user experience and mitigate risks to users on the current market conditions, Gate.io will adjust the funding interval and capped funding rate for METISUSDT, YGGUSDT and WAXPUSDT perpetual contracts, starting 08:00 (UTC), April 28, 2025.
The adjustment details:
METISUSDT Perpetutal:
Funding interval will be adjusted to every 4 hours;
Capped funding rate will remain unchanged.
YGGUSDT  Perpetual:
Funding interval will be adjusted to every 4 hours;
Capped funding rate will be adjusted to±1.5%
WAXPUSDT Perpetual:
Funding interval will be adjusted to every 4 hours;
Capped funding rate will be adjusted to±1.5%

| METISUSDT   | Every 4 hours     | ±1.346%, unchanged     |
| YGGUSDT    | Every 4 hours     | ±1.5%   |

The adjustment to the above perpetual contracts will come into effect at 08:00 (UTC) April 28, 2025. If you are trading the above perpetuals, please adjust your trading strategy beforehand.
