Conversion Ratio: KiloEx (KILO) Token / KiloEx (KILO) POINTS = 1/10

**What is a Pre-Market OTC Trading Points Order?**
1. Pre-Market OTC Points Orders follow the principle of maintaining total market cap equivalence KILO POINTS has a projected issuance of 10,000,000,000, serving as the token credential for Pre-Market OTC trades of KILO. The Total Supply of KILO Token is locked at 1,000,000,000, establishing a conversion ratio of 1/10.
2. All completed KILO POINTS Pre-Market OTC trades will be converted to KILO Tokens at the specified ratio. The total order settlement amount will remain consistent. Example: User A purchases 500 KILO POINTS for 0.1 USDT per point. The total order amount is 50 USDT, with a deposit guarantee of 50 USDT. After the conversion at the ratio of 1/10, the total settlement amount remains 50 USDT. But the token quantity will decrease to 50 KILO Tokens. Users can check their Post-Conversion token quantity in the history of Pre-Market OTC transactions for KILO POINTS.
