Gate.io Simple Earn has completed its upgrade on interest rate mechanism as of March 20, 2025, 06:00 UTC.  With the completion of this  upgrade, the new interest rate mechanism has now  been applied to all coins on Simple Earn and all the related trading pairs have been using the new interest rate based borrowing interest rate as well.

1. The Simple Earn provides funds to borrowers at Gate.io to earn interest income for  subscribers who have successfully lent their funds.
2. The Est. APR for Simple Earn is an estimate based on historical data and current market borrowing and lending demands. 
3. Web users can go to Simple Earn directly and App users can upgrade to 6.55.0 or higher to use  the Simple Earn

**Please note:**
1. The Gate.io borrowing interest is affected by the Simple Earn interest rate, which will change when the Simple Earn interest rate changes.
2. Simple Earn is not available to users in the UK and users from restricted countries.
