Due to the detailed tokenomics disclosed by the Hyperliquid (HYPE) project, pre-listing  trades will undergo a proportional conversion process. Details are as follows:

-HYPE POINTS total supply: 100,000,000,000
-HYPE total supply: 1,000,000,000
-Conversion ratio: HYPE : HYPE POINTS = 1 : 100

**1.What is a Pre-Trading Points Token?**
A points token is a type of pre-trading token voucher issued with a predetermined total supply. Once the project officially announces its tokenomics, the platform will adjust the quantity of minted tokens for users based on the ratio between the actual total issuance and the predetermined supply, while keeping the order value unchanged. Users can check the “quantity” in their orders to determine the actual number of tokens delivered and prepare for delivery accordingly.

**2.How do minting users settle pre-trading points tokens?**
When the project announces the actual token supply, the platform will convert minting orders based on the ratio between the actual issuance and the predetermined supply. The order value remains unchanged, while the actual delivery quantity is scaled up or down proportionally.

For example:
 •User A stakes 20 USDT to mint 5,000 POINTS.
 •The project’s predetermined issuance volume is 100 billion POINTS.
 •If the actual issuance announced by the project is 1 trillion POINTS, the exchange ratio is:
Actual issuance / Predetermined issuance = 10.
The actual delivery quantity for the minting order becomes 5,000 × 10 = 50,000 tokens.
The user needs to prepare 50,000 actual tokens for delivery.
Upon successful delivery, the staked 20 USDT will be refunded.

**3.How is a points token project settled?**
Once users complete delivery, the system will automatically settle with users holding Pre Tokens (points) based on the snapshot taken at the time of settlement. After settlement, users will receive actual tokens and the forfeited staked funds in proportion to their holdings.

Example of settlement details:
 •Total minted points: 20,000 POINTS
 •Total staked amount: 100,000 USDT
 •Points exchange ratio: 0.1
 •Total tokens to be delivered:

Total minted points × Exchange ratio = 2,000 tokens
 • Total tokens actually delivered: 1,000 tokens
 • Total refunded staked amount: 50,000 USDT
 • Remaining forfeited staked amount: 50,000 USDT

If User A held 10,000 POINTS at the snapshot:
 •Settlement allocation ratio:
Snapshot quantity / Total minted points = 10,000 / 20,000 = 0.5
 •Tokens received:
0.5 × 1,000 = 500 tokens
 •USDT received:
0.5 × 50,000 = 25,000 USDT
