On the evening of September 22nd, local time in Italy, a highly anticipated clash took place during the 5th round of the Serie A – FC Internazionale Milano hosted AC Milan in a showdown. This was the first Milan Derby of the 2024/25 season. As the newly formalised Official Sleeve Partner of Inter, Gate.io's branding made its debut in the electrifying atmosphere of the Milan Derby, shining amidst the clash of two different colours and faiths in the same city. In the end, the Nerazzurri conceded a decisive goal in the 89th minute and lost 1-2 to their Derby rivals, marking their first defeat of the new season and ending a six-game winning streak in Milan Derbies.

Although the result was not ideal, this Milan Derby marked the first time Gate.io officially utilized its VIP Hospitality Package at Inter's home ground, inviting important clients to witness the match in person and experience the thrilling atmosphere first-hand. The VIP Hospitality Package not only offered the prime viewing seat close to the action but also included a buffet with gourmet food before, during and after the game. Invited clients gave high praise for the extraordinary match-day experience.

Among them, Igor and Karina from Neowise Labs, important clients of Gate.io, shared during a follow-up interview: "Everything was smooth, besides the result. We didn't expect to be in the very first row, so close to the field! Such an experience was the first time for us. It is very interesting to view football from this angle."

Another important client, who preferred to remain anonymous, also expressed gratitude: "Thanks a lot for this experience. Great game, nice food and very cool show in total. You cannot have a better view, totally different compared to TV."
