The Gate Web3 Wallet App and Chrome Extension have been updated with EVM chain EIP1559 protocol, Ton20, memo value, and other related features.

##The content of this upgrade:
App version: v1.9.6
Chrome Extension version: v2.18.0

**1.EIP1559 Protocol**
· Added EVM chain EIP1559 protocol 
· Added custom gas fee
· Added Dapp interactive support EIP1559-related methods

**2.Memo Value**
· Added a sending function based on the main site interface to automatically identify chains that require memo values to be filled in
· Added Gate deposit to automatically query and fill in memo values based on the current login UID

**3.Dapp**
· Added Ton Chain Dapp interaction support for connecting through QR code scanning (APP only)

**4.Ton20**
· Added Ton20 protocol inscription asset management
· Added Ton20 inscription transfer operation

**5.Function optimization**
· Optimized history filtering
· Optimized historical records, increased exchange operation classification and labeling
· Optimized token detail page list display (Chrome Extension only)
