The Gate Web3 Wallet App and Chrome Extension have been updated with UTXO management, address compatibility, and other features.

##The content of this upgrade:
App version: v1.9.5
Chrome Extension version: v2.17.0

**1.UTXO Management**
Added UTXO asset classification 
Added protocol assets to relieve UTXO occupation and restore occupation
Added support for protocol asset management, such as inscriptions and runes

**2.VARA Address Compatibility**
Support for SR and ED algorithms to produce vara chain addresses
Added compatibility with two types of address display
Added compatibility with two types of address asset management and sending transactions

**3.DEX (APP Only)**
Added dex list to support SOL chain token display
Added dex function to support SOL chain token transactions
