**GT Users Exclusive Subscription Shares:**
The subscription will be based on the user’s VIP and the user’s current GT Holding (GT Holding Calculation including the asset in the Lending/Borrowing Market, and the GT bought with USDT borrowed from Margin Trading; however, GT borrowed from Margin Trading shall not be included) to determine the participation qualification and the subscription shares, users not holding GT shall not be able to participate in this subscription. (2) Trading Starts Time：10:30 AM May 31st, 2024 (UTC)

(3) Users can only subscribe by using GT.
(4) Subscription Price: $0.045 USDT
(Regarding the GT Price, in this Aperture Finance(APTR) Subscription, the GT Price is $8 USDT)
(5) Subscription target: 12,500 GT
(6) Subscription Total Supply: 2,222,222 APTR
(7) Subscription Shares: 2.5 GT/Share
(8) Unlock rule: 100% Unlock
(9) Participation Requirement: Based on the User VIP Level and current GT Holding (including the asset in the Lending/Borrowing Market, and the GT bought with USDT borrowed from Margin Trading; however, GT borrowed from Margin Trading shall not be included) to determine participation qualification and the subscription shares available. Users not holding GT can not participate in the sale.
(10) Subscription Limit:
When the user subscribes, Gate.io will take the smaller subscription share as the user’s participation share between the VIP level available subscription share and the user’s current GT Holding available share.
(11) Announcement of results: After the end of the day’s subscription, the system will count all eligible subscription orders.
(12) Multiple accounts with the same KYC information when claiming Startup shares will be deemed as cheating behavior, and any cheating behavior is prohibited. In case of cheating, Gate.io reserves the right to disqualify the users involved and forfeit their rewards.
