(1) Duration: 06:00 AM March 24th, 2024 - 06:00 AM March 25th, 2024 (UTC) (Orders placed by qualified users within these 24 hours will be treated equally)
(2) Trading Starts Time：09:00 AM March 25th, 2024 (UTC)

(3) Users can only subscribe by using GT.
(4) Subscription Price: $0 GT（The GT pricing is $7 USDT ）
(5)Suscription share: 20GT per share
(6) Startup Total Supply: 600,000 BEFI
(7) Unlock rule: 100% Unlock
(8) Participation Requirement: 
When the user subscribes, Gate.io will take the smaller subscription share as the user's participation share between the VIP level subscription share and the user's average 14-day GT Holding share.
The GT Holding Maximum Shares (not equal to actual shares subscribed) = (Average 14-day GT balance/20) An integer value shall be adopted. The Subscription limit is 1,500 orders.

Users with no GT holdings can not participate in the sale. 
(8) Announcement of results: After the end of the day’s subscription, the system will count all eligible subscription orders.
(9) Multiple accounts with the same KYC information when claiming Startup shares will be deemed as cheating behavior, and any cheating behavior is prohibited. In case of cheating, Gate.io reserves the right to disqualify the users involved and forfeit their rewards.
