> 1.All rewards can be cumulatively earned. Official videos are only for demonstration and do not participate in the division of the total prize pool.
2.Each user who has completed valid KYC verification can earn up to: no cap on Quality Award; 1/5 of the total pool for both Popularity and Progress Awards; 1/30 of the Participation Award pool; 1/25 of the Invitation Award pool; 1/1000 of the Voting Award pool; and 1/100 of the KOL Award.
3.Creators cannot vote for their own submissions using the same UID.
4.In the event of a tie in any award category, the ranking will be determined based on the number of views of the original submission link as of the deadline, 2024/03/10 00:00 (UTC+8). The submission with the highest view count will receive the award.
5.Gate Points are valid for 29 days from the date of issuance. Share your submission and vote to win rewards. The list of sharers will be compiled after the contest ends. Please maintain your sharing status, as the Twitter account provided by the user will be used for verification.

##How to Participate
**ACTIVITY ONE - SUBMISSION**
**Step 1: **Select a topic in Gate Learn under【[Courses - All Courses](https://www.gate.io/learn/course "Courses - All Courses")】that currently only has text and no video content. For instance, if a course like [Stablecoin Fundamentals](https://www.gate.io/learn/course/stablecoin-fundamentals-video "Stablecoin Fundamentals") already includes a video, it’s not eligible, but a topic like [Lend & Earn Investment Guide](https://www.gate.io/learn/course/lend-earn-investment-guide "Lend & Earn Investment Guide") with only text is suitable for the contest. The video format can be either animation or live-action.

**Step 2:** Ensure the size and resolution of the video meet the contest requirements, confirm that the chosen topic in the Gate Learn course only has text content without any video, and ensure that the video is produced during the contest period.
**Step 3: **Click on the form to submit. Successful completion of the form submission constitutes successful registration.

**ACTIVITY TWO - VOTING**
During the voting phase, each user who has completed KYC verification gets three votes. You can vote in the【Voting - Voting List】section and share the official tweet or contest video with #topic to participate in the division of the prize pool. (Video creators cannot vote for their own submitted videos)

**ACTIVITY THREE - INVITATION TO SUBMIT**
If a creator is invited to submit by another user, the invited creator must fill in the inviter’s user ID in the form. Once the video is approved, the inviter can share in the invitation prize pool. The division of the prize will be proportional to the number of successful invitations, with a higher proportion for those with more invitees.

## Contest Rules
1.Creators can submit one or more videos with unique themes. Submissions meeting the award criteria will receive the corresponding rewards outlined in the table above.
2.Video Submission Requirements:

- The video(s) should meet participation criteria, creating one or multiple blockchain educational videos for 3-15 minutes and publishing on YouTube. When publishing, the video must mention Gate.io, Gate Learn, and include relevant links and #2nd Gate Learn Creator’s Arena in the description or pinned in the comments section (Gate Learn Course: https://www.gate.io/learn/course). The topic of the video can be instructional content not yet covered in video format by Gate Learn. Specific details can be found on the event page or the official Gate Learn website.
- The video resolution must be 1080P or higher, without issues like black screens or lag.
- The submission must be the participant’s original work, must not violate laws and policies, and should not contain irrelevant advertisements. Any plagiarism or infringement will lead to disqualification and revocation of awards (including post-award discoveries).
- Gate.io reserves the right to disseminate and use the video on its official website upon submission.
- Submissions not meeting these video requirements will not pass the review and will be ineligible for the prize division.

1.This event is open only to users with valid KYC verification. Each user has three votes but cannot vote for the same work more than once. A verified user can only participate with one account; sub-accounts are not considered independent accounts.
2.The rewards of this event will be distributed within 14 days after the conclusion of the voting phase. Any changes in submission deadlines or reward methods will be announced separately.
3.In this event, the Quality Award will be given to videos selected for use in Gate Learn’s official courses. If there are no eligible videos among the submissions, the Quality Award will not be granted.
4.To protect the interests of all participating users and to ensure fairness, any form of cheating, such as vote manipulation, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
5.The validity period for points is 29 days from the date of issuance. The accumulated points can be used for spot or contract transaction fees and are non-transferable.
6.Risk Reminder: Please be aware that cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and is subject to many factors, such as market and policy influences. Be cautious and mindful of market risks.
7.Please note that this service is not available to users in the UK and other regions restricted by the user agreement.
8.Rewards for creators and voters include USDT and point cards; the actual reward rules will be based on the conditions announced during the event.
9.Share your vote to win rewards. The list of shares will be compiled after the contest ends, so please maintain your share status.
