Gate.io Supports TomoChain (TOMO) Renaming

Gate.io will support the renaming of TomoChain (TOMO) to Viction (VIC). When that happens, Gate.io will take the deposit, withdrawal and trading services for TomoChain (TOMO) offline, including spot trading, futures trading, quantitative trading, Lend & Earn, and margin trading. After the renaming is completed, TomoChain (TOMO) will be relisted with the new name Viction and the new token symbol VIC.

**Details:**
1) Before November 8, 2023, 08:00 A.M. UTC, Gate.io will disable new margin borrowing and crypto loan services for $TOMO.
2) If there are any in-progress $TOMO trades in the futures trading market, please adjust your strategies in advance. Starting from November 9, 2023, 08:00 A.M. UTC, the TOMO/USDT futures trading market will only support "Reduce-only" mode.
3) On November 10, 2023, 08:00 A.M. UTC, Gate.io automatically settle open positions at the average index price in the half-hour before the futures trading stops. Any outstanding orders will be canceled automatically. If you have open positions in the futures market, please adjust your strategies and close your positions before November 10, 2023, 08:00 A.M. UTC to avoid automatic settlement.
4) Gate.io will suspend the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for $TOMO on November 13, 2023, 06:00 A.M. UTC, including spot trading, quantitative trading, Lend & Earn, and margin trading.
5) Users who have in-progress $TOMO quantitative trading should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the strategies will be terminated automatically before November 13, 2023, 06:00 A.M. UTC.
6) Users who have assets in Lend & Earn may manually redeem them in advance. Otherwise the assets will be liquidated before November 13, 2023, 06:00 A.M. UTC.
7) Users who have outstanding $TOMO loans in the margin trading market should repay the loans in advance. Otherwise, the loan will be settled automatically before November 13, 2023, 06:00 A.M. UTC.

This renaming is merely a change in name and does not involve any blockchain migration. Gate.io users don’t need to do anything in particular. If you wish to have your $TOMO renamed on Gate.io, please deposit $TOMO on our platform.
