Gate.io Will Not Support Token Swap for DEPO Holders

On the request of the DEPO (Now ARC) team, Gate.io suspended DEPO trading, deposits and withdrawals as the DEPO would be migrated to the ARC according to the DEPO team. As part of our effort to provide the best possible services for users, Gate.io always tries to make the token swap process as simple and easy for users. However, despite our uninterrupted efforts to find feasible solutions for token swap for our users with the DEPO (Now ARC) team, a reasonable swap ratio could only possible when DEPO users contact the DEPO team themselves.We regret to notify our users that we could not support the token swap for you this time.The DEPO holders have to reach out to the DEPO (now ARC) team in order to get new tokens. According to the DEPO (now ARC) team, they have swapped tokens for some Gate.io users and will continue to swap tokens for remaining users. We recommend that DEPO holders should contact the DEPO (now ARC) team as soon as possible to complete the token swap. If any user needs help in communicating with the ARC team, please let us know and we will do our best to help. If any eligible user could not get their token swapped after communicating with the ARC team still, and is suffering a net loss, Gate.io will provide funds to compensate for their loss.
